1. Unopened products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging .
You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your wish to return the item.

👉 The product must be:

• In its original condition (unopened jar, intact label)

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

• Returned in packaging that properly protects the product

2. Opened or consumed products

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following products:

• Already opened or partially consumed

• Whose security seal has been removed

• Showing signs of manipulation

This is due to the sensitive and hygienic nature of our food supplements.

3. Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If validated ✅ → the refund will be made to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
