RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
At Sirali, quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.
Since our gummies are consumable products, we apply a specific policy for returns and refunds.
1. Products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or already used products.
Please check your order carefully before opening.
2. Damaged products or preparation error
If you receive:
a damaged product
an incorrect product compared to your order.
Please contact us within 7 business days of receipt by sending:
your order number,
photos of the package and the product in question.
After verification, we will proceed according to your choice:
to the replacement of the product, or
to a full refund.
3. Right of withdrawal (unopened products)
In accordance with current regulations, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, only if the product has remained sealed and unopened.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
After receiving and verifying the condition of the product, the refund will be issued within 10 working days via the payment method used for the purchase.
4. Order not received
If your parcel is not delivered within the stated timeframe, please contact our customer service.
After investigation with the carrier and confirmation of the loss, we will proceed with a replacement or a full refund.
5. Exceptions
No refund will be given if the product has been opened or used.
Products purchased during promotional sales may only be eligible for a credit note or a replacement, as applicable.
